Every tool earns
its place.
Every tool earns its place.

Mobile utilities built around a single purpose. We strip back until what remains can't be questioned — then we ship it.

What we build

01

Privacy & VPN

Connectivity tools that give users direct, legible control over their exposure. We make the protection visible — not just present.

02

Storage Cleaners

Cache, duplicates, residual data — surfaced and removed with a confirmation step before anything is touched.

03

File Converters

On-device format bridges. Files stay local. No upload, no third party, no waiting for a server to respond.

04

Document Scanners

Edge-detection, auto-crop, clean PDF output. No subscription required to scan and export. Works on ordinary hardware in ordinary light.

05

Battery & Performance

Diagnostics that identify resource drain clearly, in terms users can act on — without adding to the problem they diagnose.

06

Safety Utilities

Tools that surface unusual access patterns and device risks. Plain language, actionable output, no false alarms.

How we work

01 — RESEARCH

Map the friction

We start with where existing tools fail — not in theory but in the specific, observable ways they frustrate users. Every category earns a diagnosis before it earns a design.

02 — DESIGN

Scope first

The first deliverable is the scope definition. We find the shortest complete path from the user's problem to a resolution and remove everything that doesn't directly serve it.

03 — SHIP

When it's ready

We release when the core is complete and reliable — then iterate on real usage patterns. The rhythm that matters is between the problem and its solution, not the calendar.

What we believe

01

Less, on purpose

Narrow scope is the design constraint that produces reliability. A tool that does one thing completely is more valuable than one that does five things adequately. Every addition is a trade we have to justify.

02

No borrowed growth

Distribution earned through product quality compounds. Distribution bought through spend stops the moment you stop paying. We build things that get recommended because they're worth recommending.

03

Invisible craft

The decisions that define a well-built tool are invisible when they're right. Users notice only when they're wrong — a slow response, an unclear permission, an output that's almost clean. We aim for that absence.

04

No first paywall

The function that justifies installing the app must be free. Premium depth is fine. Gating the core task is not. We don't build products where the first experience is a subscription prompt.

Questions

// Do you work with outside partners or publish independently?

Primarily independently — but we take on a small number of partnerships with teams who share our instinct for precision. If you have a well-scoped utility concept and need a technical partner who can own it end-to-end, describe what you're building.

// Which platforms do you build for?

iOS-first. We focus on the platform where performance, battery efficiency, and storage management are most consequential — and where the distribution model matches how we prefer to operate.

// How long does a new utility take from concept to release?

Scope determines timeline more than anything. A well-constrained single-function utility can move from brief to App Store in weeks. We don't commit to timelines before the scope is agreed — that conversation comes first.

// How do you handle monetisation?

Core functionality is always accessible without a paywall. Premium tiers exist for depth — advanced options, automation, additional export formats — not for the primary task. We don't build apps where the first-run experience is a subscription screen.
